According to the “Ley Orgánica
15/1999 de Protección de Datos de Caracter Personal”
(Personal Data Protection Organic Law 15/1999), from
December 13th, Rita Fernández Salvatierra (NERJAZUL),
NIF 74.804.338-N informs the User of the existence of
a personal automated file referred to as “WEB
POTENTIALS” registered in the General Registry
of Personal Data Protection, with the purpose of presenting
and sending information about the company services,
property sale and rent assessment, the offer of the
company services, the delivery of commercial information
and customer loyalty.
Distribution
and Registry of Personal Information
The delivery of personal information
shall be binding for the contact and reception of information
about the services rendered by Rita Fernández
Salvatierra (NERJAZUL). Furthermore, not giving
the required personal information or not accepting the
data policy implies the impossibility to subscribe,
register or receive information about said services.
According to the “Ley Orgánica
15/1999 de Protección de Datos de Caracter Personal”
from December 13th, we hereby inform you that the personal
information obtained from User’s delivery of personal
information shall be incorporated in a file, property
of Rita Fernández Salvatierra (NERJAZUL)
domiciled in C/ Castilla Pérez, Edf. Avenida,
Bajo 29.780 – NERJA (Málaga), implementing
all the necessary security measures established in the
“Real Decreto 994/1999” (Real Decree) on
June 11th.
Accuracy and
Authenticity of Personal Information
The User who gives information to Rita
Fernández Salvatierra (NERJAZUL) shall
be the only responsible for the authenticity and correction
of the included information. Rita Fernández
Salvatierra (NERJAZUL) shall have no responsibility
whatsoever for said information.
The Users guarantee and shall be responsible
for the accuracy, effectiveness and authenticity of
the personal information given and shall update it when
necessary. The User accepts to provide complete and
accurate information in the register and subscription
form.
Rita Fernández Salvatierra
(NERJAZUL) shall not be responsible for the
authenticity of the information given by third parties
and shall not have any responsibility whatsoever in
the event of any possible prejudice caused by the use
of said information.
Rita Fernández Salvatierra
(NERJAZUL) shall be exonerated for any damage
or prejudice caused to the User as a consequence of
mistakes, defects or omissions in the information provided
by Rita Fernández Salvatierra (NERJAZUL)
whenever it comes from other sources not affiliated
with Rita Fernández Salvatierra (NERJAZUL).
Cession of Data
to Third Parties
Rita Fernández Salvatierra
(NERJAZUL) shall not assign personal information
to third parties. However, the affected party shall
be informed about possible assignments. Said party shall
be able to oppose to the assignment of personal information
by attending the postal address or at the e-mail specified
on the following clause.
Exercise of
Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection Rights
You will be able to exercise your
access, correction, cancellation and objection rights
by postal mail to C/ Castilla Pérez, Edf. Avenida
Bajo, 29.780 – NERJA (Malaga), or via e-mail at
info@nerjazul.com,
together with a valid proof of identity such as a copy
of the D.N.I and specifying “PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION”
in the subject.
Aceptance and
Consent
The User solemnly declares to have
been informed of the terms and conditions about personal
data protection and shall accept and give consent to
the use of said information by Rita Fernández
Salvatierra (NERJAZUL) in the way and for the
purposes established in this Personal Data protection
Policy.
Changes in this
Privacy Policy
Rita Fernández Salvatierra
(NERJAZUL) reserves the right to modify this
policy to adapt it to new legislative or jurisprudential
changes as well as practices in the market. In the event
of such changes, Rita Fernández Salvatierra (NERJAZUL)
shall inform of the changes at reasonable time notice
in this website.
